The room we had was situated on a inside courtyard. That means internal loudness and not so very good ventilation. That cab be improved. Price quoted was not what was billed - plus another 22[%] was added due to local taxes Windows in room opened to lobbies - very noisy. A nice local, nice people, but price being misquoted and being over charged made experience poor and will not return.

A good, clean, quiet and conveniently located hotel. Good value for money. Don't use the phone for local calls, as the hotel charge a little too much. Nevertheless, I will come back!

The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Location was excellent for business and shopping malls - the reason we were there. Near a very large park for walking and exercising. Transportation was easily accessible. Breakfast was buffet style with good selection but hot food was not always hot.

HI i had great service whenit comes to pick me up at the airport and drive me to hotel hovever due to the fact i arrived after 7 PM ther was nobody at the reception i had a long flight from Toronto Canada and after 14 hours since i left my home there was no place to have something to eat or snack nor coup of coffe in teh lobby. ...

HI i had great service whenit comes to pick me up at the airport and drive me to hotel hovever due to the fact i arrived after 7 PM ther was nobody at the reception i had a long flight from Toronto Canada and after 14 hours since i left my home there was no place to have something to eat or snack nor coup of coffe in teh lobby. All i had in my room is bottle of water. If you cater to international passengers you should have something for them to buy in the lobby for food so they do nto look for a place to eat at night The srvice in the morning was great and the wakeup call and drive back to the airport very well arranged.

La recepcionista no atendió nuestro reclamo de la habitacion que botaba agua por la poceta. Se limito a decirnos que era agua de la ducha. Pasamos dos dias con el baño inundado. Bien ubicado pero un poco solo el sector. Particularmente de noche no es recomendable caminar por los alrededores. No tienen impresoras para los clientes.

The hotel was conveniently located near shopping and the business district. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice and very clean. I would definitely stay there on my next trip to Quito.

The rooms had very subdued lighting which made it difficult to read at night. The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms had very subdued lighting which made it difficult to read at night. The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. The security control was great but I must admit I was surprised that it was so tight. The location was handy to all our needs-but take earplugs for sleeping. It is close to the airport with many flights daily which are noisy. Car alarms are also a sleep disturber- they go off almost hourly, day and night.

The bathroom could be improved if there was somewhere to put stuff--like your toiletry bag. The only place is the top of the toilet.
