At the beginning of the XX century this building was built, with beautiful architectural lines and that an elegant style neoclassicist possesses. Due to their tradition, he has become, with the time, in a symbol of Viña del Mar, passing to be part of the patrimony of the city. After a succession in the property of the construction, it was acquired, at the end of century, for their current owners, which have adapted it as the current HOTEL ROKAMAR.
