We couldn't stay at the hostel, because when we arrived with my boyfriend, the recepcionist told us that the reserved had been canceled. the reason was that they ended the agreement with gomio. It was a real mess.

The hotel was very good, the people very kindly and was great! :) actually the price was cheap and the service and room were great and clean everyday :)

Don Raul is a fantastic experience. No luxury or frills, but an awesome experience in San Pedro. Strongly recommend it ( if you´re someone looking for a spa)...

Fizemos o check-in por volta de 12:00h, porém ficamos no hotel somente algumas horas, o hotel não era o que esperávamos e o que nos foi dito. Cheguei a ligar do Brasil antes de confirmar a reserva e o que estava no site e também nos foi confirmado via telefone não era o que o hotel oferecia. Confirmaram que havia calefaçã...

Fizemos o check-in por volta de 12:00h, porém ficamos no hotel somente algumas horas, o hotel não era o que esperávamos e o que nos foi dito. Cheguei a ligar do Brasil antes de confirmar a reserva e o que estava no site e também nos foi confirmado via telefone não era o que o hotel oferecia. Confirmaram que havia calefação e internet mas na hora falaram que não tinham aquecedores e que a internet não tinha sinal nos quartos, somente no lobby. Depois de muita reclamação, arrumaram aquecerdores para os quartos, mas quando ligamos, caiu a energia elétrica de todo o hotel. Então buscamos outro hotel na mesma rua com melhores instalações e benefícios por um preço menor e fizemos a mudança. Mesmo assim tivemos que pagar meia diária por cada quarto. Hotel ruim, atendimento ruim,quarto ruim e banheiros horríveis. Lamentável.

We had a pleaseant stay, the hostal was clean, had a good atmosphere and the staff was real friendly. Un desastre. Cuando llegue al hotel, a la hora pactada, no tenia la habitacion que supuestamente me resevaron (habitación doble con baño privado). Pretendieron darme, a cambio, una habitacion con camas cuchetas. No es nada recomendable. No son serios.
