Oca offers 7 different room options:
1 double ensuite king size bed room with balcony
1 twin bed private room ($40)
1 twin bunked bed room
1 male dorm for 6 ($36 R)
1 female dorm for 6 ($36 R)
1mixed dorm for 12 ($30 R)
Oca Hostel is a different option of lodging, combining the haste of a big city with the preservation and propagation of our tradition and culture, accented by the Brazilian Indian.
It is the perfect place for travelers who only come for the weekend or are treading out in the world, making new friends, and seek an economical but quality accommodation with all modern comforts and a family touch.
Oca=Indigenous Shelter/Moradia Indígena
Oca is a modern house back dropped on a beautiful ridge, which overlooks a large part of this cidade grande (big city). Relax in a safe, fun and quality environment, and then set out into the heart of this pulsing city of São Paulo.
Oca offers an excellent daily bar and food service. Our menu changes everyday, each time offering an eclectic variety of food for your enjoyment. We also have a happy hour (6-8) todos os dias (everyday) with excellent drink specials and music provided by the local and well known artist, DJ Vinnix. Warm up by the bar with the cool Oca staff and then head out into the booming nightlife where the party never stops.
Thinking of seeing the sights? Ask the Oca staff about our planned excursions and itineraries, ranging from art to ecological/indigenous to club and bar. Oca is happy to help you determine how to go about navigating this enormous city with everything to offer, guide included if need be.
Oca promotes the integration of our various worldly cultures with our indigenous roots through an economical hostel, our main focus being the quality and satisfaction of our guests. And Oca supports the go green effort to better our planet and is daily making changes for a green world.
