Vila CasaNova is a small guest house with Bed and Breakfast amenities in the cozy atmosphere of a quite residential street in Santa Teresa, a historical neighborhood of Rio de Janeiro.
 
With rates similar to a hostel, we offer a more personal atmosphere in a charming four-floor rustic eighties house where bricks and concrete contrast with nature.
 
Our rooms are in a tranquil and private ambient, have ceiling fan and air conditioning and some of them have a balcony overlooking a green valley, the village houses and the city center.
 
We are conveniently close to the center and Lapa neighborhood, at only 10 minutes from Corcovado, in a place from where you can easily reach the Copacabana and Ipanema beaches, the Sugar Loaf, the Maracanã football stadium and the Sambódromo where the great carnival parade takes place.
 
Our B & B is also only a walking distance from the local commerce with its shops, restaurants, cafes and a cool bohemian nightlife.

3. The payment of the balance due should be done at check in time in cash
(we don't work with credit cards) in Brazilian Reais, US Dolars, Euros or
