An excellent alternative to rest and enjoy Mar del Plata. An enchanted
and peaceful place in a privileged location. Situated in the Santa
Cecilia Hill in La Perla neighborhood, walking distance from the sea,
three blocks from down town and six blocks from the famous Mar del
Plata Casino. The house was built in 1922 and it has been beautifully
restored.
In terms of service and hospitality, the place is ideal, because at La Casa del Balcon B&B, we enjoy the simple pleasure of offering warm personal attention to all of our guests.
