The backpacker/motel styled units were constructed using contemporary building materials, formerly horse stables. Recently spectacularly refurbished without losing the charm of our buildings. The Racecourse Backpackers Hostel offers quality Christchurch backpacker and youth hostel accommodation at affordable prices. We have a wide range of private rooms (singles, twins, doubles, triple, and quads) along with an extensive range of facilities and services including Wi-Fi and Free Parking, for casual, short and long term accommodation. In addition, we have powered parking lots for caravans, campervans and motor homes. The premises are wheelchair and disability friendly.
