The "Lake Lodge" Hostel is a newly renovated Hostel situated on the banks of the beautiful Lake Brienz. We offer a variety of cheap accomodation ranging from simple 8-bed dorms without linen (own sleeping bags or linen rental) to 4- 6 bed dorms and private doubles.

Enjoy the beautiful mountain scenery in our chilled out lounge and terasse, where our bar and kitchen staff will spoil you with local as well as international treats that make summer so delightful and lovely!
Last but not least our Cuban Bar is the perfect spot for aperetifs and sundowners!
Of course you can also cook yourself in our guest kitchen and TV-Lounge.

We offer bookings of all activities connected to the area such as canyoning, rafting, paragliding and lots more! All activities will be carried out by experienced guides and come with a free shuttle service!!

Lake Lodge
By car: From Interlaken West Station follow the main road (Bahnhofstrasse) through the roundabout at Centralplatz all the way to Interlaken East Station. Keep on going straight, following the signs to Bonigen and Iseltwald. Stay on the main road that leads around the lake until you get to Iseltwald and follow the hotel signs! Very simple.....cant get lost! (appr. 10 min.)

By bus: There are frequent buses travelling from either Interlaken West and East station to Iseltwald. The journey takes appr. 20 minutes. The journey is free for swiss card holders. All other guests will receive a free bus pass at check-in.

By ferry: There are frequent ferries from Interlaken East station to Iseltwald. Its a beautiful journey on the Lake and a great alternative to other public transport! The trip is free for Euro-Rail pass holders!
