DO NOT GO THERE!!! Positiv: - Near the Alhambra Negativ: - Staff not friendly - Moved our Stuff without saying anything to a differt room while we were away - booked 4 beds - in the second night we had a room with 2 beds and a double bed(one mattress!) - with 3 blankets (in the winter, in a room without heating) - additional blankets and a heater only after complaining several times to several persons - lost one of OUR towels, again after complaining several times and threatening to talk to the boss they started looking - wanted to talk to the boss - she refused talking to us - lied about the breakfast not beeing included in the money - rooms are terrible loud - as if people are showering in your room - you can hear water flushing all the time... - wasted half of the time in Granada arguing with the stuff to get the things we paid for...

Great location, but the hostel itself was not at all organized. During our stay we haven't seen a receptionist at all. Moreover we had to pay in cash although on their homepage and here on gomio payment with credit card is stated, so we had to pay an extra charge when withdrawing money at the teller machine.
