These shared apartments have 13 private lockable rooms in total and they offer private twin rooms (with 2 single beds) or triple rooms (with 3 single beds).
Both apartments also have a fully equip kitchen, and 2 bathrooms with tub/showers for all guests to share. We supply all bed linens, pillows and towels. 

These apartments have a common dining area for all guests to share. One of these apartments offers one double size bed private room with private room. That means you have to share the kitchen and dining area. Please understand that when you reserve a kind of room you are staying in any of the rooms the apartments offer, that means you will be staying in the room available in the moment you arrive in either the first shared apartment or the second one.


We are located in a great neighborhood centrally situated just 10 min. walk to Placa Catalunya , Arc de Triumph, Casa Batllo and just a 15 min. walk to La Rambla and La Padrera. Metro and bus stations, internet cafe and phone booths are all just 5 min walk. Also a great feature to our location is the small convenience store and cafe/restaurant downstairs.

APARTMENT CONDITIONS

NO RECEPTION AREA!!! It is mandatory that you CALL US when you arrive in Barcelona, and BEFORE you arrive to the apartment to receive your EXACT CHECK IN TIME. The management office hours are EVERYDAY from 9 am to 21 pm.

FREE CHECK IN: 12:00  to 21:00 hrs

LATE CHECK IN CHARGES:
25 euros (21:01 hrs to 23:00 hrs)
50 euros (23:01 hrs to 01:00 hrs)
75 euros (01:01 hrs and on)

CHECK OUT: 11 am

CASH ON ARRIVAL: The remaining balance is due on arrival in CASH EUROS ONLY! Other currencies, credit cards, or checks not accepted.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Please note that cancellation must be done at least 48hrs prior arrival time otherwise we will charge you the first night accommodation.
