We are just 5 minutes from San Marco (St Mark's) square , Rialto Bridge and historical fish market on the grand canal, cheap supermarket open all days and VERY IMPORTANT easy accessible while pulling your luggage, there's only to cross 2 bridges with ramps for trailers after getting off the waterbus;
Our young staff will show you the best way to enjoy all of this magical city's most wonderful treasures of art, architecture and culture, such as St Mark's and its formidable Basilica is a 5 minute stroll through the quaint and engaging streets of Venice's .. or ..take you to the "party" bars into the university district while joining our night BRIDGE CRAWL, a trip starting with drinking games and then moving out and getting a free shot at each bridge crossed ( 435 bridges in venice !) while walking past St. Mark and crossing the accademy bridge towards Campo Santa Margherita
Beside the fun here you get creatively decorated rooms cleaned every day in a very nice 3 stories building with common rooms, kitchen and relax areas

- An additional three euros service fee ( WI-FI unlock is included ) will be charged for each day of your stay - charged upon arrival,
- Linens are available for rent for five euros. This is obligatory for sanitary reasons and we kindly ask for your understanding,
- After the check out luggage storage will cost five euros for all day,
- Check out is at 10:30
