Set among lovely hanging gardens which are typical of the Sorrento Coast, the property is in an area particularly rich in vineyards, gardens and lemon trees. The furnishings of the apartment are simple and comfortable. There is a TV, radio CD player, DVD player, cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave oven, BBQ, iron and ironing board, washing machine, hairdryer, safe, heating and car parking. The House is composed of a fully equipped modern kitchen, 3 double or triple bedrooms for 8 people maximum, a living area with double sofa bed, and 2 bathroom with shower or tub. All furnishings are tasteful and modern. There is an exclusive large sun terrace sea view of 70 sq mt with shower equipped with sun beds and sun umbrellas. The property can be easily reached by bus, train or car and there is private parking. It is a short walk down to the beach at La Marinella, or by bus to Sorrento Marina Grande where there are several excellent restaurants, boat rental services and a scuba diving centre. The bus stops which conned to Amalfi, Ravello, Salerno, Sorrento and Positano is a short walk from the property. From Sorrento and Positano there is boat service to Capri and Ischia. From Sorrento and Sant'Agnello there is train service to Pompei, Herculaneum, Vesuvius and Naples. From Salerno there is easy connection to the archeological site of Paestum. Groceries can be home delivered from the nearly store, and barber, hairdresser, grocery and wine stores are all a short walk away. Typical shops, bars, refined restaurants easily accessible by the typical streets and romantic lanes which characterize this site.
