Completely renewed, we offer comfortable rooms with an ensuite bathroom (with shower, heated towel rail and hairdryer), ceiling fan, safe box and tv, free city maps and a multilingual staff ready to assist you with tips on city habits and events. Our rooms all have an ADSL WIFI connection that we offer for free to our guests.

DUE TO NEW REGULATIONS, WE WILL HAVE TO STOP SERVING BREAKFAST IN THE ROOMS. THE BREAKFAST WILL BE OFFERED AT A NEARBY BAR. In your room you will find a coffee and tea set.

- Please note that we require payment in CASH or traveller cheques upon arrival.

- All our rooms have king size beds: email us to request 2 twins or triple beddings.

-If you cannot take up your booking, you need to cancel no later than 7 days before your date of arrival. Please take into account that the date of arrival starts at 0.00 am (CET.). Any booking cancelled between 7 and 3 days before the date of arrival will be billed at a cost equivalent to the price of the first night. For following cancellations or in case of no-show or of anticipated leaving, the total price of the booking will be charged.Please note that in case of reservation containing Holidays, you need to cancel 7 days before your date of arrival or entire booking amount will be charged.

- Since we dont have a 24hrs reception, we need you to confirm your arrival time and respect it. Please when you reserve specify the time of your arrival or do it afterwards by e-mail. This is necessary to be welcomed without hitches, as there is not a concierge night and day.
