Our Bed and Breakfast is located in the Esquilino quarter, in the center of Rome, just a few steps away from the Basilica di Santa Maria Maggiore, between the Colosseum and Termini train station.
From here it is extremely easy to get to the most significant cultural, historical and artistic attractions that Rome has to offer, some of which are in the immediate proximity of our Bed and Breakfast.

Our Bed and Breakfast is idealy located to get around walking and is characterized by the discrete and informal environment and a homely atmosphere.

Location

We are located in a strategic position for visiting the city of Rome: just a few steps away from Termini railway station, arrival point of all main rail, underground and bus lines, connected to Fiumicino and Ciampino airports and point of departure of all the guided tours of Rome and its surroundings.
The Colosseum is only a 10 minute walk away, as well as the Imperial Forum and the Palatine.
The vicinity to Vittorio Emanuele Metro station (the stop is at a maximum distance of 200 meters from our Bed and Breakfasts), Termini train station and many other means of transport enable our guests to quickly reach any part of the city.
Saint Peters and the Vatican Museums are reachable with a 10 minute metro ride

For check in after 10 pm extra fee of 15 €. it is mandatory to inform us on arrival time because we do not have any reception at the place!
