This family owned 'pension' manages three different buildings, and most of the rooms have recently been renovated. The main hotel and its annexe, are located a few minutes walk from the metro station Repubblica, and also from Termini, but in a quiet street far from the hustle and bustle of Termini's.

 A small amount of rooms are separated from the main hotel and its annexe, on Turati street, one of the south parallels to Termini train station, about 15 minutes walk from the main building.

The major points of interest like Colosseum, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, can easily be reached by Metro, Bus or by feet.
