6 rooms and 3 two-roomed well furnished flats starting from 30 squared metres, that can host from 1 to 4 persons. Each apartment is provided with bathroom with shower, TV satellite, living room with Kitchenette and minibar, air conditioning, balcony (some with sea view). Bathrobes and hairdryer in the bathroom Cleaning: every 3 days. In the surrounding is available a garage (by charge).

The strongest attraction is the location in the most beautiful and character-filled area of Naples today, near the seaside of Via Partenope, in what is considered the well-to-do center of the town.
The main tourist sites can be reached by foot in 5-15 minutes.
The elegant streets for the best shopping and the most well known restaurants are just 5 minutes away.

Residenza Echia
We are in what today is the most character-filled area of Naples, near the seaside of Via Partenope. Borgo Marinari, with the striking Castle dell'Ovo and the tourist marina with the best known restaurants in town, can be reached in 5 minutes by foot.
In just as little time in the opposite direction you can reach Plebiscito square with the Royal Palace and the Church of San Francesco di Paola, and you can carry on to see Trieste e Trento square with San Carlo Theater, via Chiaia, in a pedestrian only area and ideal for shopping, and via Toledo where the beautiful Umberto gallery can be found. Continuing in in the same direction by foot the Historical Center can be reached in 15 minutes.

From Central Station: Bus 152 to Via santa Lucia
From Mergellina Station: Bus 140 to Via santa Lucia
From the Port: Follow the directions to the Center, Santa Lucia district
By Car: Motorway exit Via Marina, carry on to Vittoria tunnel, after which you reach Piazza Vittoria, following the seaside you pass in front of Castle dell'Ovo, on the left there is via Santa Lucia.
