As soon as you get out of the train station of florence, S.M.N. you will be facing the church of s.m.n, get across the street, and go on to the s.m.n square. walk straight on till you get to the end of the square, that is PIAZZA OTTAVIANI. we are the ottaviani pensione. use the lift to the 2nd floor, there is the reception.we have 55 beds, that ranges from singles, 2,3,4,5, beds, dorms, female only , male ,mixed, PRIVATE &  DORMS.we also serve breakfast.

We also run and organise the Pub Crawl Florence with an incredible all you can eat, all you can drink in a typical Tuscan restaurant. Plus visting the Pubs and ending up  your unique evening in one of Florence discoteque. Different Pubs and discoteque every night.
