Proconsolo Rooms' is one of the first hostels in Florence. We know what our guests want to experience in Florence and try our best to accomodate them.
We are located in the heart of historic center. All major sights such as Duomo, Museum Bargello, Uffizi Gallery, Accademia, Santa Croce, Ponte Vecchio are within 5 minutes walking distance.
Nice cafes and restaurants are nearby: we can certainly recommend places of local's favorite!

Please note that check in time is very important to us.
Our regular check in time is from 8 am to 8 pm. If you are arriving before 8 am or after 8 pm, please advise us in advance by phone call or email so that we can arrange our staff to check you in.


Please note that we don't accept credit cards.
Only cash will be accepted upon arrival.

Cancellation and Changes Policy:48 hours(two days) before your arrival date

The Proconsolo Rooms must receive written notice two days before your arrival date for any cancellations or changes in your reservation or your credit card will be charged in the amount of the first night's stay. For example, if you are reserved for the 20th of the month we require notification of cancellation or changes by the end of the 18th of the month.
Changes include amendments in your date of arrival, number of nights or number of people in your reservation. We will not alter our policy due to transport strikes, delays due to weather, health problems, or any circumstances outside of your or our control.
