For example, if you are reserved for the 20th of the month we require notification of cancellation or changes by the end of the 18th of the month. Changes include amendments in your date of arrival, number of nights or number of people in your reservation. We will not alter our policy due to transport strikes, delays due to weather, health problems, or any circumstances outside of your or our control.
