(Spello, Perugia, Bevagna, Montefalco, Spoleto, Todi).
The agritourism is also typical restaurant with production tasting and consumption in place about products and aliments (meats, vegetables, fruit, jam...) of own farm.
One big swimmingpool with a fine view on the umbrian's hills and several activities like shiatsu treatments and sports at guest's disposal.

The agritourism il Noceto originates by the careful restoration of an old farmstead, immersed in the parc of mount Subasio.
The rooms originates like cowsheds, hay-loft, farmer house, to change into 13 comfortable rooms. The place always hospitable, is perfectly accessible because without architectonics barriers.
Completely readapted using compatible elements with surrounding territory; stone, wood, brickwork and taking care of minimum particulars in furnished with old pieces.

The farmhouse is open all year round and offers 13 en-suite bedrooms, giving a total of 30 beds with treatment in half board and bed and breakfast.
The bedrooms have been redecorated with a careful eye to maintaining intact the original architectural features of buildings in this area. But the welcoming and refined tone of the Il Noceto makes it ideal for a pleasant and relaxing stay.
