Our Hostel is located in the heart of the city, in a royal mansion built by the Hansburg dynasty, fully renovated, waiting for you in its original magnificence.

There are no bunk beds in our apartment, instead couches, plants and fireplaces in public areas promise a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. We have just opened our second apartment on the top floor with five luxury ensuite double rooms.

Due to the central location of our hostel unnecessary travels can be spared.

Most of the city's attractions can be reached within 15 minutes.

Because of our own experiences in hostels around the world we pay special attention to cleanness and calmness, and employ helpful staff that welcomes you at the Maverick after an eventful and tiring day.

You can find a wide range of rooms in our Hostel from unique dormitory to intimate double room. Please, look around!

Maverick ensuites - double rooms with private bathrooms
Each of our 5 double bed rooms on the top floor has a private bathroom and cable TV. All the rooms and the shared lounge with a kitchen have unique innovative decoration and a very comfortable setup. An extra bed can be added upon request.

Mr Green- 10 beds. We have 10 beds surrounded with green plants in the dormitory, from which 4 are on the loft. If you are in the mood for reading, do not hesitate to use our free library.
Mss Peach- 5 beds. When you wake up in the room that has 5 beds, you will be greeted by a wounderful fireplace and a soft light shining through the unique mosaic window. Would you like to enjoy this experience?
Mr and Mss Yellow, Ms Lemon- double rooms. Our intimate double bed room with TV is designed for couples primarily. It has a warm and friendly atmosphere. An extra bed can be added upon request.
The Blue Brothers- 6 beds. This is our other loft room with 3 beds on the ground and 3 more upstairs. Due to its setup it is perfect for a group of friends that would enjoy the vibe of a cozy room with an ancient fireplace.

    * Déli Station - 10min.
          - Get on the subway line 2(red) to Deak ter, than change to line 3(blue) to Ferenciek tere.

Airport
    * Terminal 1 - 40min.
          - You can take a regular train to Nyugati, and than the subway 3(blue) to Ferenciek tere.
    * Terminal 2 - 45min.
          - Take bus 200, Repteri busz, to Kobanya Kispest, than take the subway 3(blue) to Ferenciek tere.
    * Airport pick up is also available.

International Bus station - 10min.
    * Take subway 3(blue) to Ferenciek tere

Car parking - 2 min. on foot.
     * There is a large pay parking plot under the Pest side of Erzsebet Bridge.

When you arrive to Ferenciek tere look for the Statue and the Church.
Then start walking towards the bridge and the entrence of our buliding will be behind the bus stop, just next to the Flower Shop.
