Hi I'm Andi! Paprika is my hostel that I have made for all you backpackers who enjoy a cosy, social atmosphere; a place where you can relax between exploring the city's sites and joining our staff to explore the best nightlife and events Budapest has to offer. While you stay at Paprika we would like you to feel as if you are visiting an old friend, and leave feeling like part of the Paprika family. Staff who not only recommend, but take you out nightly to the best nightlife and events in the city. All free of charge of course! Reguarly scheduled events & activities for those who want to do more than the standard sightseeing! How about a game of football with the mighty paprika cosmonauts FC on the beautiful Margeret Island? Or sandwiching your way through the famous (and very cramped!) cave and tunnel networks of Buda? This caving tour (ran by a third party) is a must for any adventurous soul! We also recommend a range of tried and trusted walking tours of the city. So you will never be stuck with nothing to do! A flat screen TV and hundreds of DVDs (For those nights that you just dont have the energy to go out and party again!) A mix of local and backpacker staff - who know all about the city, and maybe have a story or two about a few other places nearby. Free linen, internet, WIFI and all the tea and coffee you can drink. A social and intimate common room where we encourage solo and small groups of travellers to chill out on our comfortable bean bags together! A space age shower cabin complete with light, radio and back massage functions! Feel human again after a long days travel or big night out!
