If guests arrive between the hours of 7am and 24 hours p.m and give us advance notice, we will arrange to meet them at the port or airport.This service is free of charge.
        Otherwise, there is a limited local bus service from the airport, so it is best to take a taxi.The fare is about 15 euros and the ride only takes about 10 minutes.
         From the port a taxi costs about 20 euros and takes about 15 minutes.There is a local bus to meet each ferry.Take the FIRA bus and get off at KARTERADOS bus stop. From the bus stop, walk straight down the main road of the village, passing by all of the shops and tavernas until you come to the last mini-market.Take the narrow alley-way to the side of Vazaios mini-market, pass through 2 parking lots and you will see PENSION GEORGE  ahead of you , the entrance is cloaked in bourgainvillae.Reception is downstairs.
           If you are driving from the port, follow the road signs for FIRA , then upon approaching the busy capital town of Fira, take a right turn where the sign reads KARTERADOS, then a left turn into the village of KARTERADOS.Stay on the main road of the village until you reach the last mini-market.Pension George is about 50 metres behind the mini-market.After you take a sharp bend , there is small church on your left and a small parking area on the right.Turn right into the parking area and Pension George is about 20 metres on the left side.
