The Hanse Hostel offers a friendly and comfortable atmosphere for its international guests on a low budget. Located next to the city center of Rostock you reach everything in only a few minutes, even the beautiful beach is only 20 minutes away.

The Hanse-Hostel is Rostock's first hostel and is located in an old house which has been completely restored. We have a cosy common-room with a TV and a board game collection. We also have a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare your meals or we can prepare a breakfast for you. We also let you sleep in if you want to as breakfast is between 8.00 a.m. till noon!

You have to use our bed linen for 2 EUR once.

Reception is open from 8 a.m. till 10 p.m. and we can help you with any requests you have. All rooms include wash-hand basins and there are showers and restrooms on the corridors. Internet access is free.

Just a few minutes away you will find a supermarket, bank, theater or cinema. You have 35 pubs or cafes to choose from! We are only 10 minutes by tram from the main station, 3 stops to downtown or a 5 minute walk to the harbour.
