From Gare Thiers Train Station Turn left out of the train station and walk to the Gare Thiers tram stop at the end of the road. Purchase a €1.00 tram ticket (or re-use your airport bus ticket within 74 minutes of the first validation) and catch the tram 2 stops in the Pont Michel direction to the Place Massena stop (you can also walk - approx 10 minutes!). From the Place Massena tram stop, cross to the Gallery Lafayette side of the track and turn down rue Gioffredo. Take the first left onto rue Sacha Guitry and we are on your right at number 6. From the Gare Routiere/ Bus Station By Tram: Purchase a €1.00 tram ticket (or re-use your bus ticket within 74 minutes of the first validation) and catch the tram Cathedrale - Vieille Ville tram stop in the Las Planas direction for 2 stops to Place Massena. From the Place Massena tram stop, cross to the Gallery Lafayette side of the track and turn down rue Gioffredo. Take the first left onto rue Sacha Guitry and we are on your right-- nr.6 From Airport: Take any of the following: Bus #23 at Terminal 1 to Gare Thiers Nice Ville Train Station cost €1.00, 45mins-1hour Bus #99 at Terminal 1 to Gare Thiers Nice Ville Train Station cost €4.00, 20-30mins Bus #98 at Terminal 1 to Gare Routiere Bus Station cost €4.00, 20-30mins The last airport departure is 21:35 on Bus #23.
