The hotel is located on the shore of lake Iijärvi, 15 km south of Kuusamo and about 200 km from Rovaniemi and Santa Claus Village.    
The well-equipped restaurant serves meals based on the best Finnish, Dutch and Korean traditions.    The hotel is surrounded by forests, allowing long walks in the summer and many winter attractions like cross-country skiing, snow scooter safaris, husky and reindeer safaris. The numerous lakes will attract water and fishing enthusiasts. 

In the main Hotel building we have 4 Double rooms down stairs and the 4 rooms upstairs also have an additional balcony with 2 beds.   The sofa in all rooms can be also used as an extra bed .   The rooms down stairs have a terrace and the rooms up stairs a small balcony with a clear view on lake Iijärvi.   Each room is equipped a cloth drying cabinet, Tv, radio, telephone, shower and WC.


The log cabin has a total of 5 double rooms on 2 floors.   It can be rented also with only the 3 double rooms down stairs.   There is a big fire place, made from river stones, in the living room.   The kitchenette is fully equipped with oven, cold cup, mikrowave oven and dish washer.   The sauna is suitable for 6 person and has a separate terrace with view over the lake Iijärvi. There is a sand beach with swimming possibility close to the cabin.   A cloth drying cabinet is in the dressing room close to the sauna.
