To find Marine Hostel is very simple. It's located near of the D terminal on the central Harbour of Tallinn. Street Paadi 14 a.
From the Airport:

Marina Keskus Hostel is the best place for visitors, who like
comfortable and cheap accommodation.
It is a small and cozy hostel situated in a convenient location, close to the Harbour and 10 minutes from the City Center.
In the neighborhood are many restaurants, theaters, bars, department stores, shops, casinos, cinema and a general postoffice.
The Hostel has 33 different rooms, from single to six-bedded rooms (we can also make 8 bed room).
Some of our rooms have a very good view over the sea and harbour.
Some rooms also have their own toilet and shower.
You also have the option to order an excellent and nourishing breakfast, only for 3.50 euros.
On the fist floor we have a bar with a wide range of drinks and snacks.
