We offer you 2 fully equipped apartments, one in the ground floor with a garden (apartment Anita - Double Ensuite Facilities) and one in the 1st floor with a terrace (apartment Nina - Double Apartment Facilities). Each apartment has its own separate entrance. There is also a house-owned parking place and a garage. Both apartments are for 2 persons. In apartment Anita we can provide 2 extra beds in the living room (for families with children). Each apartment has a terrace with tables and chairs, sun umbrellas and deck-chairs where you can enjoy in the sun. The apartments are situated in the heart of Dubrovnik, only 900 m away from the Old Town (15 minutes walking distance) in a very peaceful area . It takes you nothing but a few minutes to stroll to the beach and the Old Town. Our apartments are air-conditioned. Internet access available in each apartment upon request. Enjoy exploring the Old Town with all its fascinating monuments, museums and other sightseeing options, while being able to return in short time to your apartment.
