Sofia Backpacker's Inn
If your starting point is Central Train Station or International Bus Station (they are situated right next to each other), you have two ways of reaching our hostel.

1) Walking. Head south towards Maria Luisa blvd. Go straight ahead along the boulevard towards downtown. Cross the Lion's Bridge and continue your way until you reach Struma str., which lies left from the boulevard. Our hostel is situated on the right side at the end of the street. The walking distance from the Train Station to Sofia Backpacker's Inn is about 15-20 minutes.

2) By a street railway. You have to bye two tickets (one ticket costs 0.5leva)- one for you and one for your backpack from the nearest kiosk. Catch a streetcar No.1, 7, 14 or 18 (yellow colour) from the street railway stop in front of the Central Train Station towards downtown. Punch the two tickets. Get off at the third stop. Go back a little and the second street to the right across the Maria Luisa blvd. is Struma str.

If you are at the Sofia Airport catch a bus No.84. Get off at the Pliska bus stop. From the same place where you get off the bus No.84 catch a bus No.213, 214 or 305. Get off at the Lion's Bridge bus stop. Go along Maria Luisa blvd. towards downtown. The third street to the left  is Struma str.

Of course, you can always take a taxi. It won't cost more the 5 euros from the airprt and 2 euros from the train or the bus station. But don't accept taxi offers at the train/bus station.
