From the central train/bus station - Take the tram no. 01 right in front of the station and drive to the main tram station "Ba?car?ija" in the old city. (Ticket price is less than 1 Euro). There is a small mini-bus station just 20 meters north of the tram station where you exit. Here you can take the mini-bus no. 58 headed for "Mihrivode" (arrives every 30 minutes) and exit on the second bus stop. Hostel Ville is just across the street from where you exit the mini-bus. You can also take the Taxi service from airport (7 to 10 Euro depending on the time of the day) or from the central train/bus station (3 to 4.5 Euro depending on the time of the day). If you have already arrived at the Ba?car?ija by some other means, you just need to go to the Sebilj monument or the main tram-station "Ba?car?ija" (it's the same place). 50 meters north is the place where "Safvet-bega Ba?agica" streets starts. You just follow the street north uphill for 900 meters (two minutes drive) until you arrive at building no. 93 on the left side of the street labeled "Hostel Ville".
