Information

Mabuda or "Place of Dreams" is a romantic farm in the beautiful Lebombo Mountains. It offers fantastic birding amidst spectacular views. Warm thatched rondavels and chalets provide accommodation for up to 27

visitors in 7 units offering a choice of Self-catering or B&B. Choose from our traditional 1930's-style thatched cottages, with authentic period decor, or one of our newly-built chalets which can accommodate up to 4 people each.

We have recently completed renovations on Mabuda Farm. We now offer facilities for up to 12 back-packers in 2 thatched units, and facitlites for campers on 3 sites - each with water and electricity supply.

Mabuda is the ideal setting for that special weekend, a few days "away from it all", a place for groups to meet up on the way to Mozambique (border 28Km away) or the perfect stop-over on the route north to the Kruger Park.
