Situated centrally and within walking distance from our main street, you'll find everything you need. From shopping malls to coffee shops, hairdresser, pubs and restaurants. Our staff are friendly and extremely helpful with bookings and suggestions around Plettenberg Bay. Whether you want to jump out of a plane or off a bridge, want to brave the many forest and reserve walks, we have it all sorted. Our Accommodation Amakaya offers a variety of accommodation. If you travel in packs we have two enormous dorms. A 10 sleeper with its own private entrance and then our 8 sleeper which leads onto our courtyard. For the smaller groups for up to four people we have a private dorm with a built in clothes cupboard inside the house. For families we offer a large room with a double bed plus a bunker with an en-suite bathroom and a private balcony. For the more romantic couples, we have a double room with an en-suite bathroom and balcony to enjoy your breakfast on. Our Home A double storey house with two 'braai' areas, bar, entertainment area, internet, lazy lounge, self-catering kitchen and plenty showers offers our guests all they need to enjoy a comfortable stay. We have our very own generator for those inconvenient power outages we are all experiencing throughout South Africa. So no one will be 'left in the dark.' Our Entertainment Area This is where most people hang out. With a cold beer in the hand, awesome tunes playing through our sophisticated sound system. Guys playing pool (maybe a competition or two). What better way to end the day and start the nightlife.
