Monitoring Bookings
The Affiliate Partner can monitor the bookings made and fees earned in the Affiliate Management System.
The ‘Accounting’ section of the Affiliate Management System provides information at a glance of the number of bookings on a daily, monthly and yearly basis.
The Affiliate Partner can also see for which cities the bookings were made.

Payment of Affiliate Fees
Affiliate Fees are made on a monthly basis, in Euro.
At the end of each month the Affiliate Partner will receive an invoice with the remuneration payments due, providing that this has reached a €100 minimum. If the amount is less than €100, the money will be rolled over onto the next month, or until the €100 minimum is reached.
If the Affiliate is based in Germany, you will need to add the legal sales tax of 16% to the credit note amount. If the Affiliate is based outside of Germany (in the EU or any third country), the credit note will be issued without the sales tax. The Tax liability as according to § 13b UStG (German Sales Tax Law) must be clarified locally for the advance turnover tax return of the affiliate.
If there are further questions about the payment of Affiliate Fees, this can be discussed as part of the individual Affiliate Contract between GOMIO.COM and the Affiliate Partner, and this topic is negotiable.
Making Changes to the Affiliate System
The GOMIO.COM Affiliate System is flexible in that the Affiliate Partner can always make changes to the set-up through the Affiliate Management System.
New hostels that sign-up for GOMIO.COM are also added to the Affiliate System, within the countries and cities that the Affiliate Partner has selected. If hostels are selected on an individual basis by the Affiliate Partner, then new hostels are available to be selected but are not added automatically.
The Affiliate Management System also includes different information, such as technical help for webmasters, help sections for users, and contact information for the EHC.
The EHC office staff and technical team are always ‘on hand’ to help Affiliate Partners and provide support with regards to the set-up and management of the Affiliate System.
