Mark your calendars – July 27th commences our Traveler’s Night, the hostel party event powered by Gomio and Triptrotting  to bring together world hostel travelers and locals at one great venue for one great night of social connection.

Meet locals, stay at hostels, and come out for a good time at Traveler's Night in Boston! Even if you don't dress up, your first free beer is on us!

For this Travelers Night we’re going to get down at 40 Berkeley Hostel in the heart of Boston,Massachusetts’ vibrant and lively city center.

In tribute to Traveler’s Night sharing the date with the opening of the Olympic Games, we ask that you come dressed to impress in your own Olympic athlete gear.  This is optional of course, however, you will get an extra Free Beer pass if you dress for the gold!  We will also hold a contest with prizes awarded to the champion of Olympic athlete gear.

Beyond the music, free first beer (and opportunity to get three more free beers), incredible location, free entrance, snacks, and other prizes, Traveler’s Night is an event we look forward to every year because it embodies the spirit of social travel.  It offers a unique opportunity for locals to encounter international experiences at home with world hostel-travelers, as well as the opportunity for world hostel-travelers to sink their teeth into the city’s culture through meeting locals.

So locals – skip going to the same-old bar with your same group of friends.  And travelers – ditch the itinerary.  Take a detour from “the usual” or “the planned” and discover different cultures and what interesting, like-minded people you might meet at this year’s Traveler’s Night in Boston.
