  With your input of your personal data you permit the storage of the data and the usage of it for processes associated with GOMIO.COM, such as your hostel booking. You can always withdraw this permission by sending an email to info@gomio.com. We only store data necessary for the processes associated with GOMIO.COM.
• Data transfer to third parties
  GOMIO.COM does not collect any payment from third parties related to our offers on the website, and therefore does not transfer data to third parties on a regular basis. Our partner offers on GOMIO.COM are booked directly with the partners.
  
  However, if a customer is not able to keep a booking, and fails to cancel the booking at least 24 hours prior to the arrival, then the hostel has the right to charge for the first night of the booking as per the GOMIO.COM Terms and Conditions.
  
  In that case, GOMIO.COM will make the credit card information available to the hostel. GOMIO.COM only provides this information to hostels that had agreed to and signed the Membership Agreement, which includes customer data security rules.
